Toasted Porridge with Berries, Pomegranate, Almonds & Dairy free cream
- 40g GF porridge oats
- 260g almond milk
- 1 tbsp dairy free cream
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 5 blueberries
- grated apple (optional)
Carefully pour the almond milk in, bring to the boil, then simmer for 2 minutes on a low to medium heat. You may need to add more almond milk as you want to have a creamy texture.
Pour into a bowl and add the toppings and serve immediately.
I use Ecomil almond milk or a soya cream.
