  • 50g odourless coconut oil
  • 30g raw cacao powder
  • 20g coconut flour
  • 1+1/2 tbsp raw agave syrup
  • 35g quinoa puffs

An extremely handy one treat to have in the freezer for a quick treat, especially if a friend hops over. Share if you must!!!
Melt the coconut oil, raw cacao powder, coconut flour in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Have a medium to large bowl as bear in mind you need room for the quinoa. 
Add the agave syrup, mixing through, then the quinoa. Spread on a parchment-lined baking tray and freeze for 1 hour. 
Break into pieces and freeze until ready to eat.

Tony scoffs these too:). Though if you're like himself then you'll already have some chocolate bars in the freezer. Don't ask me I'd never keep chocolate in the freezer. He loves chocolate from the freezer, especially mint.
