INGREDIENTS

  • 40g GF porridge oats
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • 10g sunflower seeds
  • 80g coconut cream
  • 80g almond butter
  • 6 blueberries
  • 6 blackberries
  • 120ml almond milk

A quick and easy breakfast for when you've no time but want to eat nourishing food. This is an easy one to pack in a suitable container and bring to work and eat when you get there. 
 
 
SERVES 2:
 
Dry toast the porridge oats, pumpkin and sunflower seeds on a frying pan for 2-3 minutes. The seeds will be popping and they are all warmed through. Toss the ingredients around the pan regularly to ensure they do not stick to the pan or burn. (You could also use a spatula to stir the ingredients around regularly).
 
Divide these between 2 bowls and add the rest of the ingredients to the bowls.
