Chia, Oat & Almond Breakfast Bowl


  • 60g GF porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 sliced cherries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 finely chopped Medjool date
  • 200g almond milk

Stir to combine all the ingredients, except the almond milk in two serving bowls. Heat the milk in a saucepan, when ready pour the ingredients in the bowls. Stir to combine and leave to soften for 2 minutes. Add in more almond milk if you prefer.

Serve with your favourite brew, in this case rooiboos tea with unsweetened almond milk.
