I've relied on these falafels lately so I'm hoping you like them too. Now they do crumble once you cut into them. I've no problem with this as I went for full on taste. I like the crumble effect. If it bothers you be sure fire them into a bread roll you can eat or into lettuce leaves. If you're using the latter try and find baby cos as it works best with this. Otherwise if you're like myself and use your hands, two bites and they're gone.

Over the years I've found in stressful situations, whether it's exams, an annoying person getting under my skin, a boss that thinks the world will end without them, with the ego to match, my digestion tends to suffer the most. There are times when I can do all the positive thinking, mindful eating and deep breathing but stress regardless of how much control I exert over it tends to attack my digestion.
A real easy plant-based treat. It has a moreish gooey texture from the fridge and seems so wickedly indulgent. As some of you have asked for more treats I'd thought we'll start with this one. So if your fingers are creeping towards the cookie jar then STOP and give these a go. If you're really longing for more indulgence drizzle some melted dark chocolate over and savour. As much as I love my smoothies (whatever the colour and nutrient quality) and my avocado and raw cacao puddings I still love my oats.
