The addition of raspberries is a twist on my usual cranberry and apple sauce as I wanted a change from the traditional apple. It is still not overly sweet but relies on the flavours from the ingredients instead of overloading the sauce with sweetness. I use this cranberry and raspberry sauce with coconut cream in scones. If you need to sweeten it more than fire ahead after it is made by adding a teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired sweetness level.
