I often get asked what is this nutrition lark or how would you sum up nutrition. It is so vast a subject but for me in its essence the main elements, cornerstones are: Sleep, Nourish, Hydrate, Move (very important despite its small size in the graphic) and Rejuvenate. 

They are the best starting point when you want to improve your eating and lifestyle and confused where to start. Start with the basics,

There is always Option B...

Just to let you know that we are overhauling the content in the site. It's been a little quiet while Marian concentrated on her studies to qualify as a nutritional therapist.
 
Over the coming weeks, we will be reviewing and updating content, even new photos are being taken for some of the older content.
 
By end of 2017, we will have the content updated. During this time we will be adding fresh new content too.
Recipe
A comforting lunch or dinner, served with wholegrain rice or as here with courgetti. Have it as a dinner then the next day use it as the filling in wraps along with salad and a zingy cream or hummus.
